We offer a FULLY AUTOMATIC, PROFESSIONAL CELOPHONE MACHINE, packing in an envelope system.

The device is used for single, automatic packing of boxes in OPP and BOPP foil with a tear tape. The process of foiling and sticking the tear tape takes place in an automatic cycle. The device perfectly fulfills its function in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, etc. industry. Due to the tightly sealed foil, the packed products become resistant to moisture, dust, gain additional aesthetic advantages, the added tear-off tape makes it much easier to open the packages.

The cellophore is equipped with a conveyor belt and a storage tank, which ensure automatic feeding of boxes (packages), without the need for manual intervention. The packages are wrapped in foil with a ribbon and then heat sealed. The control panel allows for individual adjustment of the welding temperature in each heating zone independently. This is especially helpful when using different types and thicknesses of film. The sides of the packaged product are welded in a tunnel, which at the same time folds them in an envelope style. The end product is a tightly packed box, resistant to moisture, dust, etc. The cellophore machine has a foil speed regulation in the range of up to 80 pcs / min.

Depending on the matrix, the device supports packages with the following sizes:
Length (C): 40-100 mm
Width (B): 20-65 mm
Height (A): 10-35 mm

In the offered machine, a matrix with the size of a standard cigarette pack.

The cellophoner supports foils and ribbons with the following parameters:

- OPP, BOPP foil - thickness in the range of 20-28 u

- a tearing ribbon - widths in the range of 1.2 - 3 mm




In order to better arrange the foil during packing, an air compressor can be connected to the device.
