TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Regulations)<\/strong><\/h1>\n

1. General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 The website operates under the terms set out in this Terms and Conditions document.
\u2022 This document defines the types and scope of electronic services provided via the site, the rules for providing those services, the conditions for concluding and terminating agreements for the provision of electronic services, and the procedure for complaints.
\u2022 Anyone who begins actions aimed at using electronic services of the site is obliged to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
\u2022 Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the relevant provisions of Polish law, including:
\u2013 The Act on the Provision of Electronic Services from 18 July 2002,
\u2013 The Consumer Rights Act from 30 May 2014,
\u2013 The Civil Code dated 23 April 1964, and other applicable legal provisions.<\/p>\n

2. Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 \u201cContact Form\u201d means the form available on the website allowing direct contact between the User and the Service Provider.
\u2022 \u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d refers to this document.
\u2022 \u201cService Provider\u201d means Piotr Czekaj, conducting business under Huzark Piotr Czekaj, based in \u0141\u0119kawica 358, 33-156 Skrzysz\u00f3w, Poland, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, with email info@huzark.com<\/a> and phone +48 791 016 201.
\u2022 \u201cUser\u201d means a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality with legal capacity using the electronic services.
\u2022 \u201cElectronic Service\u201d means a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User via the website.
\u2022 \u201cNewsletter\u201d means an electronic service that allows the User to subscribe and receive free information from the Service Provider by email.<\/p>\n

3. Types and Scope of Electronic Services<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 The Service Provider offers the following electronic services via the site:
\u2013 Access to and use of the Contact Form,
\u2013 Subscription to the Newsletter.
\u2022 Electronic services are provided under the conditions described in these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

4. Conditions for Provision and Conclusion of Electronic Service Agreements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 The provision of electronic services specified above is free of charge.
\u2022 Duration of the contract:
\u2013 The agreement for the Contact Form service exists for a definite period and ends when the message is sent or the user stops sending messages.
\u2013 The agreement for the Newsletter is concluded for an indefinite period.
\u2022 Technical requirements for using the site:
\u2013 Computer with internet access,
\u2013 Access to an email account,
\u2013 Web browser,
\u2013 Enabled cookies and JavaScript.
\u2022 Users must use the Site in accordance with the law and good practices, respecting personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
\u2022 Users must provide truthful data and may not supply unlawful content.<\/p>\n

5. Conditions for Termination of Electronic Service Agreements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Termination of an agreement for continuous, indefinite electronic services (for example Newsletter):
\u2013 The User may terminate at any time with immediate effect by sending a relevant statement to info@huzark.com<\/a>.
\u2013 The Service Provider may terminate the agreement if the User breaches the Terms and Conditions (especially by providing unlawful content), after prior ineffective notice with a deadline for cessation of violations. The contract ends 7 days after notice.
\u2022 Termination ends the legal relationship prospectively.
\u2022 The User and Service Provider may also terminate the agreement by mutual consent at any time.<\/p>\n

6. Complaint Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Complaints related to provision of electronic services can be submitted by email to info@huzark.com<\/a>.
\u2022 The complaint email should include as much detail as possible, especially the type and date of the irregularity, and contact details to facilitate handling.
\u2022 The Service Provider will review the complaint promptly, no later than 14 days.
\u2022 The response will be sent to the email address provided in the complaint or another method indicated by the User.<\/p>\n

7. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 All content on the website is protected by copyright and is the property of .
\u2022 Any use of the site\u2019s content without explicit written consent from the Service Provider constitutes a violation of copyright and may result in civil and criminal liability.<\/p>\n

8. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Agreements concluded via the Site are governed by Polish law.
\u2022 If any part of the Terms and Conditions is inconsistent with applicable law, the relevant legal provisions apply instead.<\/p>\n
